We recently purchased a new home from Black’s Home Sales and our experience was nothing but great! Gary our salesman was very patient while we changed our mind time after time, finally after 3 floor plans and a long bank process we got approval for our current home and ordered our home. Gary was great and made suggestions that we would have never though of! Our house came when promised and the quality cannot be beat! This is our second manufactured home and there is no comparison to the first one, the home from Black’s is so much better of a home! We get so many compliments on our new home! Dave, the construction manager has been such a wonderful person to work with too! His easy communication style and knowledge of everything made my life so much easier! Black’s Homes was the only place that said they could get us a home on a lot of property that we already owned. Our property was a challenge because we couldn’t get crane near our lot. Dave Edmunson was our sales rep, and was informative and supportive. He came up with the idea of building a temp bridge when everyone else said it couldn’t be done. The process was easy from the beginning. We have lived in our home for the last 5 months and couldn’t be happier. We did have some issues with the house, nothing major. Even so, all we had to do was call or text Dave and we had a service person out to our house within 24hrs or less. Overall, our house was affordable, to our spec’s and everyone we have dealt with has been professional and courteous. I would highly recommend Blacks, but most of all I would highly recommend Dave Edmunson.
I now have my dream home thanks to Black’s Home Sales. I was able to customize the floor plans and make other changes (like adding a fireplace) to make my home have everything I was looking for. Dave contacted me frequently to make sure that all details were to my liking (style, color, materials, etc.) The process from beginning to end was much easier than building a house from the ground up. There were the expected schedule changes, weather problems, etc. that go into the process but the employees worked hard to get me in my new home as soon as possible. I appreciated having a year following the purchase to identify any issues I had (and they were very few). I really enjoy my home and have no regrets about choosing Black’s Home Sales. I would recommend anyone looking for a new home to stop by and take a look.

After going to numerous manufactured home sales companies, I attended an open house at Black’s Home Sales. Boy, am I glad I did! I walked into one of their beautiful homes and immediately said to myself, “I think I’m home!” I began the process that day. The staff at Black’s is amazing! They are extremely detail oriented, anticipate many of your needs, and are accommodating with changes and special requests. I took my time, deciding on many details I wanted to include or change in my home. They never tired of my many, many questions! Each and every one was responded to immediately, often times with additional options or suggestions. After getting my home exactly how I wanted it on paper, I placed my order. My home was built, then delivered and set up by Black’s staff. Every staff member was professional, was respectful of my property, and was kind and courteous to me. Any small issues that needed fixed, and there were very few, were handled immediately with professionalism and follow up. My home ended up being the perfect manifestation of this owner’s dream come true. I love my home…and I HIGHLY recommend Black’s Home Sales to anyone who wants a less stressful process and a beautiful, quality-filled home.
Black’s Home Sales helped us customize our new home to include a Mother-in-Law suite. Throughout the process, we had many questions and MANY requests for “special touches,” and Black’s helped ease our mind and built us a BEAUTIFUL, custom home that people compliment all the time. What first brought us to Blacks were the beautiful homes! We found exactly what we were looking for! Throughout the whole process, we were well taken care of. With any job like this, there were several changes that most people would make but for the most part, I didn’t even get a chance to mention it, they were always one step ahead of me! Our dealings with Black’s are very good. If we found anything wrong with our home, within days they were there to correct the problem. The sales staff was very nice and informative. When we asked questions, they did the best possible to make our home truly our home and to our satisfaction. Our experience with everyone at Black’s Home Sales was great. Would I buy from Black’s again???? Absolutely!! They not only has great home at affordable prices, but they also offer financing for construction needs, avoiding a buyer from needing several lenders. We found our home is very heat efficient, and with today’s prices, that’s SUPER!
