Spring Open House 2015
Our annual Spring Open House is this weekend! This year, we will be hosting open houses in three locations; Lewistown, Osceola Mills, and Duncansville. Between the three locations, there will be 45 houses on display for you to see. Each location will be showing unique product from multiple manufacturers.
All of the houses are built in PA from some of the top manufacturers including: Champion, Colony, Clayton, New Image, Manorwood, Penn West, and Eagle River. In addition, manufacturer, banking and contractor representatives will be at each location to help answer any of your home buying questions. Our sales associates can assist you with the entire home purchasing process from choosing floor plans thru getting a building permit, and help you sort through all your options. Stop in at any of the three sales centers this weekend to discuss your housing dream. While you’re here looking at the houses, grab a pulled pork sandwich!
All the houses are beautifully decorated and feature hundreds of the different options available in manufactured and modular housing. These options included beautiful new shower designs, multiple kitchen island layouts, new spring interiors with pine wainscoting, and quaint exterior looks.
