No words can say how thrilled I am with my new home. The staff at Black’s Home Sales has been absolutely wonderful. From browsing the homes, answering questions, site inspections, delivery and set up, all have been quite painless. I must say however, the delivery crew was exceptional. I am also quite pleased with my sub-contractors. What a pleasure to deal with, thanks for referring them.
I built this home on the Rothrock State Forest in memory of my late husband (an avid hunter) and to help me find peace……Thank You for helping me make that dream come true.

Our thoughts
Karen’s home site is situated in a wooded setting back a long lane. This made delivery tricky. In the attached letter Karen sent to our staff, shortly after her house was delivered, you can see the results of our team approach and our mission to “Provide a trustworthy, reliable, stress free experience for our clients”.
