Open House Preparations in High Gear
Everyone here is busy getting ready for our biggest event of the year, our spring Open House. As a matter of fact, it’s this weekend: April 11th, 12th, and 13th. We will have three new lot models and we have discounted to sell six of our current lot models.
One of our new models is a 28×60 Atlantic sectional home has been developed based on the roundtable discussions of the dealer conference meeting in March. You can read more about that meeting here.
This new sectional home has it all; first, you will notice the spacious foyer with built-in credenza, then you will see the fireplace with built-in bookshelves, 8’ flat ceilings, beautiful stained hardwood kitchen cabinets, large tiled walk-in shower with rain-forest and standard shower heads (this alone is worth a visit), lots of closets space, and I could keep going.
By now you may have forgotten that this is a sectional home because everything inside the home looks and feels like a modular or site-built home. The basic difference between this home and a modular are the roof pitch (3/12 versus 5/12) and the frame/ floor system. Since this home is loaded with all the same materials as a modular home, we can also build this home as a modular with minimal increases in cost. Either way, sectional or modular, it is definitely a pretty home to come and see at the open house.
We have been working hard decorating (which I love to do) and cleaning (not so fun). We also will be preparing our famous meatball subs. Well, they may not be famous but they are good. The forecast is calling for great weather, warm and sunny. So stop by this weekend and check out the houses, grab a meatball sub, and if you want more information we will have factory representatives, foundation contractors, and banking representatives on hand to answer your questions! As always, our in-house architect and our experienced sales staff will be available for you as well.
