New and Exciting Modular Floor Plans!
This week, I wanted to feature two new models from Atlantic Homes by Champion. At first glance, these homes may appear vastly different but they share the same overall connection of spaces. Both houses separate and connect the living room and the kitchen in a unique way.
The first home is on display at Duncansville. I love this floor plan because it is a flexible family floor plan. The primary feature is a center stone dividing wall that supports two TVs and an island.
This focal wall, which stops short of the ceiling, takes an open floor plan and creates some privacy between the kitchen and living room while at the same time allowing these rooms to feel connected to each other.
This island can become the gathering place for casual meals with formal seating for four.
It can do double duty as more counter-top space for cooking, crafting and playing cards. The utility room is off the end of the house making it easy to attach a garage. The bedrooms are all nicely sized.
The next house is one I have not seen in person but I love the feel of the home from the floor plans and video. This layout has a similar flow by allowing the living room to be connected yet separated by a series of arches from the living room and dining room. This house can accommodate a larger family with four bedrooms and a separate family and living room. I could also imagine this house being slightly redesigned to have a large walk-in pantry replacing the utility room and changing Bedroom #2 into a utility room at the end of the house.
I know no one wants to hear about the holidays yet, but if you want to be in your new home by then, now is the time to get started. You can browse our inventory at Duncansville, Lewistown, or Osceola Mills, drop us a line here, or just stop in!
